Project Overview:
On December 27, the first process screw compressor manufactured by our company for the Sinopec Zhenhai Refining & Chemical 11 million tons per year Refining and Advanced Synthetic Materials Project achieved a successful first startup.

The project adopts three sets of Kaishan independently developed Y-type process screw compressors, which are fully proprietary and feature advanced design.

This project placed exceptionally high demands on both compressor quality and energy efficiency, under tight schedules and heavy workloads. Among them, the K-203 compressor unit, with a single-unit flow capacity of 7,000 Nm³/h, was successfully put into operation within only 175 days from contract signing to commissioning.

Utilizing a fully skid-mounted modular design, the units are highly integrated and easy to install on-site. The K-203 unit completed installation and commissioning within just 40 days, achieving smooth and stable operation. Its performance and efficiency have been highly recognized by Sinopec Zhenhai Refining & Chemical Company.
